We pride ourselves on collaborating with producers from the lower St. Lawrence region. For us, reclaiming Indigenous culture through cuisine also means celebrating the current occupation of the land and the ingredients produced there today. Our inspiration comes from the cultural richness of today's Kepek; beautiful, vast, diverse, and colorful!

Fire, a sacred symbol of our culture, is an integral part of Maqahamok's cuisine. With our wood-fired oven, we are pleased to offer you a fine selection of pizzas with local flavors (evenings from Thursday to Saturday) as well as various seasonal dishes. Smoking, an ancestral technique, is also omnipresent in our menu.
